Filmuletul are ca actor principal pe mama :)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="text-decoration: underline; color: rgb(0, 0, 238); -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: underline; "&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.cozonac.info/cozonac/page/Gallerie-Foto.aspx" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(92, 128, 177); "&gt;Galerie Foto&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Si uite cum face mama cozonacul:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ca sa fac 2 cozonaci am nevoie de:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;1 kg de faina buna;&lt;br /&gt;5-6 oua, depinde cat de mari sunt + inca 2 pentru umplutura (nuca de la mijloc);&lt;br /&gt;300 gr zahar;&lt;br /&gt;coaja rasa de la o lamaie / 1 lingura de coaja de lamaie;&lt;br /&gt;un praf de sare (adica un varf mic de cutit);&lt;br /&gt;½ litru lapte;&lt;br /&gt;cat 2 nuci de drojdie;&lt;br /&gt;200-300 gr nuca pisata;&lt;br /&gt;1 lingura de cacao;&lt;br /&gt;9 linguri de ulei;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;Si cam atat, dupa asta se impart ingredientele.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1) Drojdia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peste drojdie, pun zahar (1 lingurita) si o frec bine, ca sa se lichefieze&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) Amestecul de ou, zahar si lapte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pun intr-un castron ouale + zaharul si le bat bine impreuna cu praful de sare si zaharul vanilat si coaja de lamaie. Adaug si ¾ din lapte, cu restul de ¼ oparesc faina (vezi mai jos).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3) Oparesc faina si pregatesc maiaua&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Iau 1 lingura de faina si o pun intr-un castron si o oparesc cu laptele pastrat (cam ¼ din cantitatea totala), pe care l-am dat in colocot. Las amestecul de faina si lapte sa se raceasca (sa fie caldut) si adaug peste si drojdia lichefiata.&lt;br /&gt;Rezulta maiua :). Care trebuie sa creasca de 4 ori. Cand creste o dau in jos (o apas cu o lingura)&lt;br /&gt;Sfat: Laptele, cand oparim faina, il turnam tot odata, nu pe bucati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) Intre timp pregatesc formele&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ung forma cu ulei si pun pe margini si pe fund hartie pentru copt (pe vremuri ii zicea hartie pergament)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5) Fac aluatul si il framant&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peste faina pun amestecul de lapte zahar, oua si mirodenii plus maiaua. Il amestec bine si framant pana cand se omogenizeaza. Dupa care, pun coca la crescut, cu un servet curat peste, la un loc caldut.&lt;br /&gt;Sfat: Cand se dubleaza volumul cocii, consider ca a crescut destul&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6) Pregatesc umplutura&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp pregatesc umplutura: nuca si cacao din mijlicul cozonacului).&lt;br /&gt;Separ albusul de la 2 oua, pe care le bat bine, cu zahar. Cam 2 linguri de zahar sunt suficiente. Peste pun nuca rasnita (pisata) si cacao.&lt;br /&gt;Sfat: Galbenusul il pastez, ca sa ung cozonacul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7) Pun umplutura in aluat si aluatul in forma.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce s-a dublat aluatul, il impart in 2, fiecare bucata o intind, cam de 1 cm grosime. O ung umplutura din albus de ou si nuca si cacao. Rulez aluatul si il pun in formele, pregatite dinainte.&lt;br /&gt;Ii las sa stea in forma, ca sa creasca. Trebuie sa se dubleze in forma.&lt;br /&gt;Inainte sa-l bag in cuptor, ung cozonacii cu galbenusul pastrat.&lt;br /&gt;La cuptor ii tin cam 45 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;Ca sa verific ca e gata, folosesc un betisor, sau o scobitoare. Nu trebuie sa se lipeasca nimic pe scobitoare, cand o infig in cozonac.&lt;br /&gt;Mama zice: Acum incepe sa fie frumos, incepe sa miroasa a cozonac.&lt;br /&gt;Atentie: Nu deschizi usa cuptorului in primele 15 minute! Cuptorul trebuie sa fie deja incalzit, cam la 170 de grade.&lt;br /&gt;Sfat: Poti sa-ti dai seama ca sunt gata si dupa greutate. Cand iei tava in mana trebuie sa simt ca e usoara.&lt;br /&gt;Sfat: Depinde mult de cuptor. Sa fii atent si daca arde sau nu cuptorul. Daca arde de sus, poti sa pui o folie de staniol deasupra, daca arde de jos, il pui mai sus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8) Mancam :)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sfaturile mamei:&lt;br /&gt;   1. Toate ingredientele trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei (mai ales oualesi faina, dar si celelate)&lt;br /&gt;   2. Cuptorul trebuie sa fie cald, cand bagam cozonacii. Cand te apuci de pregatit, sa dai drumul la cuptor. In jur de 170 de grade este bine.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Uite si un filmulet, care explica cum se face.
